Cynthia Espinosa Marrero is a food systems scholar and principal of Pulegium Consulting. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Food Management and a Master’s degree in Environmental Education. In 2018 Latina.com featured Cynthia as one of the “Latinx Changemakers You Need to Know.”

Cynthia is also an instructor in the online permaculture design program hosted by the Permaculture Women’s Guild. This program offers a 72-hour permaculture design certificate plus an advanced certificate in social permaculture design.
